As a skilled Business Analyst on our delivery team, you play a key role in supporting this mission.Global HR Systems is responsible for the tech delivery in one of our CHRO Tribes: Tribe People & Performance. We are searching for an enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst who plays a pivotal role in implementing a new job architecture framework. You work at the intersection of HR, IT, and organizational change, contributing to a future-proof job and grading structure.As a Senior Business Analyst, you are part of the squad responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a new job architecture (including framework, Workday configuration, and processes). You act as a substantive sparring partner for both HR and IT, translating strategic choices into concrete analyses, plans, and changes.• Finalizing and fine-tuning the design of the new job architecture framework;• Performing technical and functional impact analyses, including dependencies;• Translating and interpreting job architecture data analyses for the broader project;• Contributing to the implementation plan, including phasing, scenarios, and risks;• Creating test scenarios and plans and supporting testing (SIT, UAT, regression);• At least 7–10 years of proven experience in HR-IT (HRIS) projects as a Business Analyst;• Proven knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis methods and best practices;• Proven knowledge of HR processes (e.g. organization management, job evaluation, talent management, and compensation structures);• Proven experience with large, complex (HR) technology implementations;• Proven knowledge of and experience with Workday (e.g. HCM, Job Architecture, compensation, and reporting) is a strong advantage; experience with other HRIS platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Cloud, is also valued;• A helicopter view: you easily oversee the connection between processes, systems, data and stakeholders, and you switch smoothly between the details and the big picture;• Excellent communication skills (ability to translate and explain complex topics to stakeholders);• You switch easily between strategic thinking and practical execution;• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
